CTOnews.com learned that the "opinions" pointed out that at the end of the 14th five-year Plan, the charging guarantee capacity of electric vehicles in Shaanxi Province was further improved, the convenience of charging services was significantly improved, and a charging service guarantee system with moderately advanced, balanced layout, safe and reliable, open and integrated, and standardized management was basically formed. Major urban areas strive to form a charging service circle with a radius of no more than 2 km; charging infrastructure in key areas of counties and villages and towns is fully covered; charging infrastructure coverage in expressway service areas reaches 100%. Ordinary provincial trunk roads and rural roads form effective coverage; scenic spots, parks and enterprises and institutions are equipped with charging infrastructure 100% of the newly built residential communities will build charging facilities or reserve installation conditions, and the charging service capacity of existing residential communities will be significantly improved. We will promote the application of Shaanxi smart car networking platform, and the access rate of charging piles will reach 100%.

In addition, the "opinion" points out that during the 14th five-year Plan period, 355400 charging piles of various types were built in Shaanxi Province, including 60900 public charging piles (including 12200 charging piles in villages and towns) and 294500 personal and special charging piles, which can meet the charging needs of 800000 to 1 million electric vehicles.
