Suggestions on the relevance of Message Center posts

This feature simplifies administrator management of the Microsoft 365 Message Center. Microsoft announced that it is adding relevant recommendations to posts in the message center.

CTOnews.com learned that the function numbered 96289 has been announced in the Microsoft roadmap to determine high, medium and low relevant posts based on a variety of factors, such as service usage and type of change. "the feature will be officially launched in late April 2023.

Support for text formatting for Microsoft Whiteboard

The 10049 feature is previewed in the Microsoft roadmap for formatting all or part of the text in text boxes, comments, and shapes, including bold, italic, and underlining. It is worth noting that the fonts of existing text boxes will not be affected.

This function is limited to web-side, Teams-side and Windows-side Microsoft Whiteboard applications, and the mobile side cannot be formatted.

Recommendation reply in Teams Desktop

The feature marked 92674 in the Microsoft roadmap will "provide users with three reply options to choose from among the selected messages".
