In order to ensure the coordination and stability of the lithium power industry chain supply chain, the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

I. adhere to scientific planning and promote the orderly layout of the lithium power industry

Local departments in charge of industry and information technology should keep abreast of the development of local lithium battery manufacturing and first-order materials (cathode materials, negative electrode materials, diaphragms, electrolytes, etc.) and second-order materials (battery-grade lithium carbonate, lithium hydroxide, etc.). In accordance with the requirements of the "14th five-year Plan" and the "guidance on promoting the Development of Energy and Electronics Industry", we should formulate policies for the development of lithium battery industry in the region in a practical and realistic manner.
