According to CTOnews.com on November 18, the monthly fee for the revised "Blue V Certification" service, Twitter Blue, has been raised to $7.99. The service encountered a number of problems after it was launched on November 9 and was removed a few hours later. Musk said in a previous tweet that the "Blue V certification" service would be back online on November 29.

CTOnews.com learned that according to the information displayed on the "About Twitter Blue" page, any user who has registered for less than 90 days cannot apply for Twitter Blue service.

Although this sounds like a good plan, Mitchell Clark, editor of foreign technology media The Verge, believes that these 90 days will not stop malicious users from doing bad things, and they can wait 90 days to verify again.
