CTOnews.com, Nov. 18 (Xinhua) Google recently made major improvements to augmented reality shopping (AR Shopping) in Search to help users find the product they want more quickly. This update can help you find the tone of the foundation that matches your skin tone and see what it looks like on your feet before shopping online.

CTOnews.com learned that the most noteworthy improvements in this AR Shopping feature update are to help users buy makeup products, help you choose the foundation that best suits your skin color, and so on. With the help of artificial intelligence, Google can show the effect of applying the foundation in 100 personal face models.

The new feature is provided by 148 models of different skin colors, ages, genders, faces, races and skins, and Google search results for these queries are provided by Monk Skin Tone Scale, which was launched in May.

Google now lets you try on shoes using AR and 3D. Currently, it is supported to try on Saucony, VANS and Merrell shoes, but there will be more brands in the future.
