Officials say DS923+ is equipped with a multi-functional Synology DiskStation Manager (DSM) system that provides a comprehensive solution, including the protection and management of business data, easy collaborative processing of documents, remote access to files and monitoring of physical assets. In addition, DS923+ provides excellent performance, convenience out of the box, and easy to upgrade network options to further improve data transmission speed through network cards.

The NAS has a 4-bit configuration that can store more than 50 TB and can be expanded to 9 disks with an DX517 expansion device to accommodate more than 120 TB. Users can upgrade to the 10GbE network and add M.2 NVMe SSD through the built-in PCIe slot.

CTOnews.com learned that the NAS is equipped with AMD R1600 embedded processor, 2-core specifications, 2.6-3.1GHz frequency; equipped with 4GB DDR4 ECC memory, up to support 32GB. The interface includes two 1GbE network ports, one USB 3.2and one eSATA interface.

In terms of price, the DiskStation DS923+ NAS sells for $599.99 (about 4248 yuan).
