HiBy Music said that in order to support FC4 firmware upgrade, users need to download and install HiBy DFU TOOL for firmware upgrade. You can click the link to download the tool (cloud disk extraction code: HIBY), or you can download it through [FC4 firmware and upgrade tool] under the "Service and support" section of www.hiby.com.

Here are the upgrade methods

Download and install HiBy DFU TOOL on your computer, unzip it and click [c_sharp_hid_ui.exe] to open the software.

Local upgrade: open HiBy DFU TOOL in the computer, and connect the FC4 to the computer through the data cable, waiting for the upper left corner.

FC4 appears in the information bar, click [OPEN] to open the extracted [FC4 1.6] folder, click [fc4_v16.bin], click [Download] to wait for the progress bar to finish, and the progress bar will prompt "done" when it is finished.

Online upgrade: open HiBy DFU TOOL in the computer and connect the FC4 to the computer through the data cable, waiting for the upper left corner

FC4 appears in the information bar. Click "check" to check the device version on the HiBy server and prompt whether to download the upgrade. Click "Download" to download it locally and upgrade automatically. Wait for the progress bar to finish. When the progress bar is completed, it will prompt "done".
