Method one begins with the simplest method:

Directly select the "superscript" text, then press [Alt+1] to pop up the pop-up window for formatting the cell. In "Special effects", check the superscript and subscript, and click "OK".

Click "File"-"options", select "Quick access Toolbar", add "superscript" and "subscript", and click "OK"
