Judging from Asma's previous disclosure in the financial report, their EXE series of high numerical aperture extreme ultraviolet lithography machines already have two models, TWINSCAN EXE:5000 and TWINSCAN EXE:5200, the former began to receive orders from customers in 2018, and the latter received its first order at the beginning of this year.

Although Peter Winik revealed that their high numerical aperture EUV lithography machine will start shipping in 2024, it will need to be installed and tested later, so it will take some time for their customers to go into production.

Asma also disclosed on its website that the first high numerical aperture extreme ultraviolet lithography machine they supplied to customers for research and development is expected to be shipped by the end of 2023 for mass production and is expected to be fully operational in the customer's factory in 2025.
