CTOnews.com, November 17, according to the China manned Space Engineering Office, today, the Shenzhou 14 crew carried out its third extravehicular activity. As of 11:16 Beijing time, the airlock exit hatch has been successfully opened.

At present, astronaut Chen Dong has been out of the module, Cai Xuzhe is about to leave the module, and astronaut Liu Yang is cooperating with support in the core module.

During the extravehicular activities, the two extravehicular astronauts will successively cooperate to complete the installation of the cabin connection device and the lifting of the panoramic camera in the experimental module. This is the seventh extravehicular activity for Chinese astronauts on the space station, which is expected to last 6.5 hours.

CTOnews.com learned that the Shenzhou-14 manned spacecraft was successfully launched on June 5. Since then, three astronauts, Chen Dong, Liu Yang and Cai Xuzhe, have launched a six-month mission. The Shenzhou 14 astronaut crew completed its first extravehicular activity on September 2 and carried out its second extravehicular activity on September 17.
