CTOnews.com, Nov. 17 (Xinhua)-- Apple today released a technical preview of Safari, which focuses on improving the performance of CSS, JavaScript and WebCodecs in addition to fixing the BUG previously reported by developers and users.

At present, the Version number of the Safari technical preview version is 16.4, which is compatible with macOS Ventura and macOS Monterey. Safari technology preview updates have been released through the software update (Software Update) mechanism in system preferences (System Preference) or system Settings (System Setting).

CTOnews.com learned that the Safari technology preview was launched in March 2016 to collect feedback from developers and users on their browser development process. The preview version of Safari technology can be run in parallel with existing Safari browsers. Although the browser is designed for developers, the download does not require a developer account.
