Today we take a look at a commonly used PPT plug-in: Yinghao plug-in.

When it comes to the Yinghao plug-in, I believe most of my friends think of rounded corners, which can smooth the corners of some shapes.

In addition, you may know some drawing-related functions, such as marking vertices, forming by points, drawing circles at three points, and so on.

In fact, there are some features that are very advanced in the plug-in interface, but are easy to be overlooked, which can greatly improve our productivity.

01. Halftone grid there will be some distance between the elements of the page, and we usually add some decorative lines to connect these elements together.

For example, a page like this:

In addition to lines, sometimes lattice or particles are used to enrich and connect, such as "halftone particles" elements:

Add "halftone particles" between the two layers as a transition to make the page look fuller and more stylish.

The shape of halftone particles is not fixed either. They can be round or replaced with rectangles, rounded rectangles, triangles or hexagons, and so on.

So how to draw this halftone particle material?

First of all, to know the general principle, if you directly insert a solid color filled shape, using the Yinghao plug-in halftone processing, then only a uniform lattice pattern will appear.

Just like the page template I made before, the lattice elements used in the lower left corner:

Although the effect looks good after adjusting the transparency, the size of the origin has not changed, and it will look slightly monotonous in detail.

Therefore, before you can make a halftone particle pattern with a change in size, you need to add a gradient to the shape:

Then use the halftone mesh of the Yinghao plug-in for processing, and you can get the particle material on the right:

Once we have mastered the principle, we can also do the same and make the following graphics:

The method is also very simple, only need to change the type and direction of the gradient.

At this time, you cannot modify the dots individually. If necessary, you can check "Dot Matrix Independence" when making it, so that each dot is a separate graph.

However, after the dot matrix is independent, your computer may become very stuttered instantly, and it is usually not recommended to use this feature.

02. Placeholder conversion placeholder conversion means to convert normal text and pictures into text placeholders and picture placeholders in the master.

For example: placeholders are essential if you want to make a qualified and practical PPT template, so plan placeholders for catalog pages, transition pages, multi-map typesetting, and multi-content typesetting before doing it.

But this series of operations down, perhaps the template has not been finished, the hand has been scrapped.

At this point, if you use the placeholder interconversion function of the Yinghao plug-in, the efficiency will be greatly improved.

As shown in the following figure, you can quickly convert a text box to a text placeholder:

In addition to the conversion of a single text box, you can also select all the elements in the page and convert them to each other:

Once you are familiar with this feature, you can greatly improve the efficiency of template development and make your PPT template look more professional and practical.

03. Export / create PPT whether in the workplace or in customization, when it comes to the delivery of the final draft, it is inevitable to send a preview to the other party to view.

Yinghao plugin happens to have the ability to export full image PPT. If you just export one, it won't be a big problem:

But if there are a lot of pages, use it carefully, it will be very stuck (personal test, computer jam)

The export feature doesn't work very well, but the ability to create PPT is good, similar to splitting a single page of PPT:

It is ideal for splitting a file into a single-page file and then importing it into Eagle or Billfish to manage calls.

04. It is not too much to say that Gif recording is a must for every editor.

When writing tutorials with pictures, you usually need to record some operations to make gif dynamic pictures, and usually install an additional Screen To Gif software.

If you don't want to install so much software, or can't find the corresponding installation package, you can consider using the Gif recording feature of the Yinghao plug-in.

It is equivalent to the built-in software in the plug-in, completely free and fast, and can be opened and used directly in the Yinghao plug-in:

It is important to note, however, that this feature is only available in the old version of the Yinghao plugin, which has been removed in the new version.
