However, with the rapid development of new technologies and applications of the Internet, many new situations and problems have emerged in the Internet comment service, which need to be revised and improved to adapt to the development and changes of the situation. The new "regulations" have a total of 16 articles, focusing on the management responsibilities of post comment service providers and the relevant requirements that should be observed by users of post comment service and public account production operators.

CTOnews.com learned that the new "regulations" make it clear that post review service providers should standardize the management of post review service users and public account production operators in accordance with user service agreements.

The new "regulations" require that the production and operation of public accounts should strengthen the examination and management of the information content of the comments on the accounts, promptly find out the illegal and undesirable information contents in the comments on the accounts, and take necessary measures.

The new "regulations" emphasize that public account production operators can apply for the management rights of the post comment area from the post comment service provider in accordance with the user service agreement. The follow-up comment service provider shall reasonably set up the management authority and provide relevant technical support after evaluating the management of the follow-up comments of the public account production operators.
