CTOnews.com, Nov. 16, Microsoft's board of directors launched a plan to curb internal discrimination and harassment based on a 50-page report issued by law firm ArentFox Schiff. According to the problems revealed in the review report, Microsoft will announce a number of measures to prevent sexual harassment, gender discrimination and many other bad behavior.

Microsoft's board of directors worked with ArentFox Schiff LLP law firm to conduct an independent review of Microsoft's existing company policies and practices since 2019. The complete 50-page report outlines the results of the survey, which can be accessed here by interested users.

CTOnews.com learned that Microsoft's board of directors decided to improve and adjust in stages based on the problems identified in the report. "Microsoft's board of directors attaches great importance to this investigation and has asked a number of senior managers to implement improvement plans to address the problems in the report," Microsoft wrote in an official blog post. Microsoft's ultimate goal is to create a harmonious corporate culture, which should narrow the gap between employees.
