CTOnews.com has learned that the PlayStation VR2 will go on sale on February 22, 2023, with a suggested retail price of US $549.99 (about 4004 yuan) / 4580 Hong Kong dollars (about 4246 yuan), which only supports PS5.

According to reports, PlayStation VR2 Sense technology has many key functions, such as head device feedback, eye movement tracking, 3D sound effects, as well as adaptive trigger and tactile feedback of PS VR2 Sense controller, which can bring unprecedented play experience.

PlayStation said it was nice to see game developers actively using the function of PS VR2 headsets to design next-generation VR games. More than 20 games are expected to be available when PS VR2 is launched in February.

In addition, at the previous MediaTek summit, MediaTek confirmed that the Sony PS VR2 will carry MediaTek's first VR chip, which has not yet been announced.
