Step 3 Select [layer 1 copy]-[blending options].

Remove [R] and [B] from [channels] in [Advanced mix] and check only [G].

In step 4, we use the move tool to move [layer 1] to the left and [layer 1 copy] to the right.

Step 5 Let's press [Ctrl+ J] to copy another layer.

Then use the rectangular Marquee tool to box out rectangular selections of different lengths and thickness. be casual, and it's best to look a little messy.

After framing the selection in step 6, press [Ctrl+J] to copy the two layers.

At this point, change the blending mode of [layer 2] to [filter] and the blending mode of [layer 2 copy] to [solid color blending].

As you can see, the effect is almost complete.

Step 7 finally, we use the move tool to move [layer 2] to the left and [layer 2 copy] to the right. This will have the effect of dislocation, you see the following picture, it is not bad!
