This tip mainly takes advantage of typesetting features: left alignment and vertical distribution.

👉 procedure:

❶ select the "name" column, click the "data" tab-Select "Ascending" sort, and adjust the width and height of the cells in the right column to fit the image size.

❷ Click the insert tab-Select Illustration-Select Picture-from this device.

❸ under the picture directory with the left mouse button, select all the pictures-click [insert]-resize the pictures appropriately.

❹ moves the last picture to the corresponding cell-[Ctrl+A] all selected pictures-Click [format] tab-[arrange]-alignment Select [left alignment]-alignment Select [Longitudinal Distribution].

In this way, the pictures will be arranged easily, isn't it very simple?

You may have such a doubt: why can the pictures correspond to the names in ascending order?

Because in the folder, the photos are sorted by name by default in ascending order (increasing is ascending order).

So in the table, sort the names first, and the pictures can correspond one by one.
