At the end of 2020, Sony released the official Linux driver "hid-playstation" for PS5 DualSense handles. Since then, many users have been looking forward to the official extension to support more handles, and now this update has finally arrived. This support has been incorporated into the for-next branch of HID and will then be introduced with the Linux 6.2 kernel.

The new driver brings the support of USB, Bluetooth connection, touchpad, battery, vibration, accelerometer, gyroscope, LED brightness, lamp strip, adapter and so on for Sony PS4 handle.
