According to news in the morning of November 15, Beijing time, Musk told Twitter employees on Monday local time that although Twitter has been privatized, employees can continue to receive stocks and options as part of the "continuous compensation plan."

According to Musk, the Twitter stock plan will be similar to SpaceX, which will allow veteran shareholders to sell shares through a stock offering.

Musk is also the CEO of SpaceX, and although the company has been founded for more than 20 years, it remains private. It is reported that SpaceX employees have access to stock twice a year, on May 15 and November 15, respectively.

Musk told Twitter employees that outstanding employees would receive a special number of shares.
