A number of companies, including Ant Group, Hangzhou Capital Investment Digital Technology, Shunyu Optics, Chuanhua Zhaopin, Yuyue Medical, Boguan Technology and Chongqing Agricultural Credit Investment, have participated in this round of capital increase subscription.

The announcement shows that the total amount of capital increase in this round is 10.5 billion yuan. After the completion of the capital increase, the registered capital of Chongqing Ant Consumer Finance Company is 18.5 billion yuan.

This capital increase is considered to be the main progress in the rectification and reform of Ant Group. In June last year, the Banco Insurance Regulatory Commission approved the establishment of Chongqing Ant Consumer Finance Company, which mainly undertakes the consumer financial business after ant rectification. In November last year, Ant's consumer finance business launched brand isolation, and the part originally fully funded by banks and other financial institutions is being gradually isolated for bank credit purchase and credit services. In the past double 11, the bank credit purchase service was also involved for the first time and was more and more widely used.
