In terms of regional goals, the Plan predicts that by 2025, the core area of Changchun City, as a key promotion city, plans to build 27 charging stations, 75 replacement stations and 2645 charging piles; a total of 43 charging stations, 45 replacement stations and 4355 charging piles are planned in other cities.
