Hawk-Eye and Pulselive form the core foundation of Sony's sports business, and they work together to provide best-in-class publicity, broadcasting and digital solutions for the sports world.

Beyond Sports sits in the middle of the sports media ecosystem, ingests tracking data (such as from Hawk-Eye), imagines a new experience, and then publishes it through another platform, such as Pulselive. Sony now provides an end-to-end solution for this workflow, enabling alliances, federations and broadcasters to make one-stop purchases for partners.

CTOnews.com learned that Beyond Sports is rooted in an immersive world and can create compelling 3D characters in AR and VR, but not limited to these media. The depiction can be viewed on a smartphone or website, or injected into the digital world, such as Roblox or Sony PlayStation games.

In the Netherlands, Beyond Sports provides support for the Gameface application, which can stream interactive games against the Netherlands. Fans can customize the function: replace players with cartoons, recreate the game on Mars, and even superimpose their faces on athletes.

Beyond Sports's technology has been used in sports events, providing services for the successful and Emmy-winning NFL wild card game in 2021 and the popular NHL Stanley Cup Blocky live broadcast.
