CTOnews.com, November 14, a week ago, Apple launched its latest Apple TV 4K with a brand new A15 Bionic chip. Foreign science and technology media FlatpanelsHD conducted an in-depth test of it and compared it with Sony PlayStation 4 + 5 game console.

CTOnews.com learned that in the CPU benchmark, the A15 was about 40% faster than the A12 in the previous Apple TV-less than the 50% improvement claimed by Apple. There are two reasons for this: on the one hand, different testing methods may be used, on the other hand, considering that A15 does not take the initiative to cool, we are surprised to see that the throttling of A15 is less than that of A12.

The 20-minute CPU stress test limits A12 to 65% and A15 to 84%, which means that the new Apple TV 4K can maintain most of its CPU performance in long-loaded games.
