Through the extensive use of big data and other technologies, the e-commerce platform further strengthened analysis and research, storing a large number of pre-sold goods in front of the warehousing sites and outlets of postal express enterprises, and postal express enterprises targeted deployment of transport capacity, personnel and other resources, making the delivery speed of goods faster and more convenient, and the punctual rate of 48-hour delivery and 72-hour time limit have been improved. Third, the application of science and technology is more in-depth. More than 900 sets of automatic processing equipment have been invested in the industry, and the technologies of "network butler", intelligent security inspection and address fence have become more mature. Postal express delivery enterprises have vigorously promoted the use of contactless delivery modes such as intelligent express boxes, and the overall operation efficiency has continued to improve. Fourth, epidemic prevention measures and Baotong Baochang are more effective. The State Post Bureau instructs local postal administrative departments to strengthen supervision and inspection of enterprises' implementation of epidemic prevention and control requirements, strengthen prevention and control of key links and key places, and personnel, and strictly prevent the spread of the epidemic through posting and delivery channels. At the same time, with the support of local party committees and governments, the number of postal express distribution centers and outlets affected by the epidemic has significantly decreased compared with the end of October, and the terminal microcirculation is more smooth.
