Failure phenomenon:

All clients cannot log in using outlook,foxmail,owa. Enter a username and password to indicate that the mailbox cannot be used. The error is as follows:

Troubleshooting process:

Check the mail server mail-1,CPU utilization rate of 100%, check the process found that the WUDPHosts.exe process occupies CPU99%, verified, the process is mining * *, coordinate with customers, install Symantec sep antivirus software on the mail-1 server, and check and kill multiple virus files

Check the health status of the two DC, PDC and KB have different errors, of which KB and PDC can not copy errors normally. It also indicates that the interruption time of KB and PDC replication has exceeded the tombstone time. The error is as follows:

Negotiate with the customer to migrate the DHCP service on KB to another server and downgrade the KB additional domain control as follows:

Back up the DHCP role on the KB server

Install powershell tools

Install the migration tool on the target server

The target server creates the exported content

Copy the export to the source DHCP server KB

Export DHCP server information on KB in the following ways

Import DHCP information on the target server

Complete the migration of DHCP roles from KB to the win2008r2 system.

Repair SRV record of domain control server

View the fsmo role information to migrate the schema host role from the KB server to the PDC primary domain control

Downgrade the extra domain control of KB

Report an error and cannot be demoted normally.

Forced downgrade operation

Complete the downgrade

Delete KB residual information on the primary domain control

Check again that the health condition of the domain control has returned to normal, and the owa still cannot be opened properly when you try to open it.

Check the mail-1 event log to report an error as follows:

Open the ADSI editor, find other mail service residual information in the environment, and delete the remaining old exchange information under the administrator groups.

Then do the following:

1. Reapply for the certificate and import the new certificate.

2. Create a new database DB, and create a test user test111 on DB. Try owa to log in to test111 successfully.

3. Repair the public folder database publicfolers.

4. Delete residual database information.

After the above operations, use the account to log in to the owa mailbox, log in normally, and the mailbox returns to normal.
