CTOnews.com November 11 news, AMD released the Genoa series EPYC Xiaolong Zen 4 processor in the early hours of this morning. Now, Yongshi has launched a Deep Micro-ATX motherboard for this series of server processors, which supports 8 channels of memory.

CTOnews.com learned that the size of the Deep Micro-ATX motherboard is 10.4in (about 264.16 mm) x 10.5in (about 266.7 mm), which is slightly larger than the regular Micro-ATX.

The GENOAD8UD-2T / X550 motherboard supports AMD's newly released EPYC 9004 processor, 8-channel DDR5 memory, 4 PCIe5.0 / CXL1.1 x16 slots, two M.2 (PCIe4.0 x4) slots, 10GbE cable ports, ATX power supply or 12V DC power supply.

The fourth generation of AMD EPYC processors, including 14 models with 16 cores to 96 cores, all use Zen4 architecture, and also support DDR5 memory and PCIe Gen 5 storage, support CXL1.1+ memory expansion, greatly enhance security, such as the expansion of AMD Infinity Guard, and the number of encryption keys has been doubled.
