The results of the survey are reported as follows:

1. The Bosten down jacket involved in the report, No. B00145252F, began to be sold online in the flagship store of Alibaba Tmall platform in June this year. Its first transaction order on June 9 showed that the unit price was marked at 1499 yuan. After superimposing various preferential measures, Tmall platform shows that the actual hand price is 969.61 yuan.

2. the unit price of this down jacket is 1499 yuan from June 9 to 20:00 on October 24. Consumers who buy this down jacket during this period will enjoy a stack of various preferential measures and the actual payment amount will be as low as 939.81 yuan (order creation time is 18:42 on September 9, 2022, order payment time is 18:42 on September 9, 2022, order No. 2877).

3. From 20:00 on October 24th, because the registration rules of Tmall's "Singles Day" activity require "10% profit on the basis of the lowest price", all commodities participating in the "Singles Day" event are priced at 90% of the original price, that is, 1349.10 yuan. The down jacket actually shows that the unit price is 1349 yuan, which meets the requirements of the platform. During the event, after adding various preferential measures, the minimum amount actually paid by consumers is 904.60 yuan (order creation time 08:50 on November 2, 2022, order payment time 08:51 on November 2, 2022, order No. 2996).

Fourth, law enforcement officers extracted the physical hanging tag evidence of the down jacket in accordance with the law, and its retail price was all marked as 1499 yuan.

According to the above evidence, our bureau did not find that the down jacket with item number B00145252F sold in Bosideng's official flagship store deceived consumers by "raising the price first and then lowering the price".

CTOnews.com learned that there had been media reports that Ms. Li, a Shanghai resident, had planned to buy a detachable hat Morandi loose coat down jacket at Taobao Bosideng flagship store during the pre-sale of Singles' Day. She said the price of the coat was 979.28 yuan after the coupon in September. During the pre-sale period of Singles Day, the price of the down jacket was raised to 1349 yuan, and the actual price was still 979 yuan after the purchase, with an actual discount of 0.28 yuan.
