And earlier this week, Apple released 5B58 firmware for AirPods Pro 2.

Apple did not provide release notes on the AirPods firmware update, but a supporting document of release information provided by the company showed that the AirPods Pro 2 5B58 update added "bug fixes and other improvements" with no other details.

There is no standard way to upgrade AirPods software, but the firmware is usually installed by OTA when the AirPods is connected to the iOS device. Put the AirPods in the charging box, connect it to the power supply, and then pair the AirPods with iPhone or iPad, and you should be able to upgrade.
