We will initially build a strong and intelligent first-class modern distribution network, significantly improve the power supply guarantee capacity and information level, and efficiently serve the construction of energy Internet.

In terms of innovation and development goals, speed up the implementation of the "3 (park) + 1 (project)" power innovation development goal. Vigorously promote the three "green power" industrial parks in Baicheng, Songyuan and Siping Shuangliao area, effectively reduce electricity prices, attract high-end industries to Jilin and high-end talents to return. Speed up the promotion of the "Fengguang absorption large-scale hydrogen production Project" of "hydrogen driven Jilin", and gradually realize the substitution of renewable energy for hydrogen production and the extension of the industrial chain value chain by relying on the advantages of renewable energy resources and advanced electrolytic water hydrogen production technology. we will promote the complementary and coordinated development of Fengguang and other new energy and hydrogen energy.

Actively promote the development of electric vehicles, provide charging infrastructure for large-scale market applications of electric vehicles, reasonably promote the construction of charging stations, and strengthen the publicity of relevant policies and knowledge to mobilize the enthusiasm of the automobile market.
