The Shuangjishan Tunnel of Longlong Railway is located in Shanghang County, Longyan City, Fujian Province, with a total length of 7668.85 meters and a design speed of 250km / H. it is a single-hole and double-track tunnel, which is one of the key control projects of the whole line. The geological conditions of the tunnel are complex, it passes through 9 fault fracture zones, the underground and surface water is rich, and the daily water inflow is nearly 50,000 cubic meters, and the tunnel passes through the west-to-east gas pipeline and G358 national highway, which requires high blasting control. especially when passing through the west-east gas pipeline, mechanical excavation can only be used, which brings great difficulties to the tunnel construction. The construction team is up to date to ensure the smooth progress of the project.

CTOnews.com learned that the Longlong Railway is an important part of the national medium-and long-term Railway Network Planning. The line starts from Longyan City, Fujian Province, and enters Guangdong Province through Shanghang County and Wuping County of the city, and finally to Longchuan County, Heyuan City. The total length of the main line is 265km, which is expected to be ready for operation in December 2023. After the Longlong Railway is completed and opened to traffic, it will put an end to the history of blocked railways in Wuping County and form another inland high-speed railway channel between Fujian and Guangdong provinces, which is of great significance to strengthen regional economic mutual assistance and communication between Fujian and Guangdong provinces, and to promote the development and cooperation between the southeast coast, the Yangtze River Delta and Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area.
