According to the statistics of the online ride-hailing regulatory information interaction system, as of October 31, 2022, a total of 290 ride-hailing platform companies across the country have obtained the operation license of the online ride-hailing platform, an increase of 4 compared with the previous month. A total of 488.8 car-hailing driver licenses and 203.0 vehicle transport licenses were issued, an increase of 1.5% and 2.2%, respectively.

The online ride-hailing supervision information interaction system received a total of 574 million order information in October, up 3.6% from the previous month.

CTOnews.com learned that the data show that among the top 10 ride-hailing platforms with the highest order compliance rate, Hengdao Travel has the highest order compliance rate, while Piggy Travel has the lowest. Among the top 10 platforms, according to the order compliance rate (refers to the proportion of orders licensed for both drivers and vehicles), the ones from high to low are enjoy Road Travel, Tim Cat Travel, Cat Travel, Ruqi Travel, T3 Travel, Wanshun Taxi, Cao Cao Travel, Meituan Taxi, DiDi, Hua Xiaozhu Travel. The top three order compliance rates this month were Tim Cat Travel, Wanshun car hailing and DiDi, followed by T3 Travel (- 1.4%), Cao Cao Travel (- 4.7%) and Ruqi Travel (- 5.8%).

Among them, the platform for passengers and providing services jointly with the ride-hailing platform company (commonly known as "aggregation platform") completed 141m orders. The compliance rates from high to low are Meituan, DiDi, Ctrip, Baidu, Gaode, Huaxiu and Tencent, respectively.

Among the major central cities, the highest order compliance rate is Hangzhou and the lowest is Beijing. Among them, the order compliance rates of Hangzhou, Xiamen, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Zhengzhou, Guiyang, Hefei, Hohhot, Chongqing, Qingdao, Haikou, Lanzhou, Nanjing, Fuzhou, Taiyuan, Ningbo and Nanning are all above 80%. The top three order compliance rates this month were Zhengzhou, Hohhot and Shijiazhuang, followed by Ningbo (- 2.8%), Guangzhou (- 3.1%) and Lanzhou (- 4.8%).
