In the third quarter, Honghai's net profit after tax was NT $38.759 billion, an increase of 16% in the quarter and an annual increase of 5%, a record high for the same period. Net income per share (EPS) in the third quarter was NT $2.80, compared with NT $2.67 in the same period last year.

CTOnews.com learned that Hon Hai's gross profit margin in the third quarter of 2022 was 6.16%, down 0.24% from the previous month and 0.14% from a year earlier. The operating interest rate in the third quarter was 2.78%, down 0.16% from the previous month, but up 0.21% from the same period last year.

In the third quarter, Hon Hai's net interest rate was 2.22%, down 0.1 percentage points from a month earlier and 0.41 percentage points from a year earlier.

Looking forward to the fourth quarter, Hon Hai said that Q4 operations will grow from the third quarter and be the same as the same period last year, while maintaining the outlook for growth in 2022.
