CTOnews.com, November 10, Valve has released a new driver for users who want to run Windows 10 take 11 on Steam Deck. According to the company, the latest version includes various compatibility, security, stability and performance improvements for running Windows against Steam Deck.

CTOnews.com learned that according to the official update page, Steam Deck's Windows driver has updated the APU driver, and dual systems are still not supported. To install Windows, you still need to erase SteamOS data before installing Windows.

Steam Deck is equipped with AMD's Van Gogh APU, and its CPU part uses Zen2 architecture, 4-core specifications, 2.4 GHz to 3.5 GHz. In the GPU part, Van Gogh APU integrates 8 CU RDNA2 GPU with a frequency of 1. 0 GHz to 1. 6 GHz with 1.6TFops FP32 performance. The entire SoC has a TDP of 4 to 15W, supports LPDDR5 memory, and has a capacity of 16GB.
