According to CTOnews.com news on November 9, Weigang now announced that its consolidated revenue in October was 2.72 billion New Taiwan dollars (about 617 million yuan), a decrease of 18.2% compared with the same period last year; the cumulative combined revenue from January to October this year was 30.08 billion New Taiwan dollars (about 6.828 billion yuan).

Weigang said that although there is still pressure on the memory supply chain to eliminate inventory and contract prices to decline slightly, the company has adjusted its memory inventory to a relatively safe level in the third quarter, without the pressure of high inventory prices. We will grasp the shopping demand and promotional activities at the end of the year and make every effort to sprint the operating performance of this quarter.

Wei Gang pointed out that it still maintains its previous view of the memory market situation, although the contract price of DRAM and NAND Flash continues to decline this quarter, but the decline of DRAM spot price has been quite limited. Coupled with the fact that a number of original memory manufacturers are facing profit defense, in addition to announcing a reduction in capital expenditure next year and slowing down the manufacturing process, under the two-phase measurement of DRAM and NAND Flash, it is expected that the top three original manufacturers will give priority to keeping DRAM prices, which is expected to gradually usher in a positive cycle for DRAM market conditions.
