The built-in tactile feedback simulates the touch of a physical button, but it doesn't actually produce a key range like a physical button.

The biggest benefit of using solid-state buttons is that you can further improve the waterproof level of the equipment. Using tactile feedback on buttons will require Apple to add a new tactile engine.

All models will support the Smart Island feature

In this year's iPhone 14 series, Apple added the Smart Island feature to the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max, but the lower-priced iPhone 14 did not have this feature. The iPhone 15 Pro is likely to be the first model to be equipped with a 3nm chip produced by TSMC. It is expected that 3 nanotechnology will increase the processing speed of the device by 10% to 15% and reduce power consumption by up to 30%.

If Apple does use a 3nm A17 chip, the new chip will achieve a significant improvement in performance compared to the A16. Currently, only the iPhone 14 Pro version uses a 4nm A16 chip. Apple may also use the same strategy on the iPhone 15 series, that is, using the A17 chip on the iPhone 15 Pro, while other cheaper versions will continue to use the upgraded A16 chip.
