Great Wall Motor said that the substantial expansion of production capacity will greatly alleviate the current situation that the supply of Great Wall Motor "lemon hybrid DHT" products falls short of demand.

CTOnews.com learned that the honeycomb transmission Pizhou base is the second new energy transmission production base after the Yangzhong base of Great Wall Automobile, which is responsible for the production of new energy products, including hybrid series transmissions, high-performance three-in-one pure electric drive assemblies and their core components. After the project is put into production as a whole, except for the annual production capacity of 450000 lemon hybrid DHT transmissions It is also planned to have a capacity of 350,000 years for core components such as new energy three-in-one pure electric drive assembly and controller.

According to reports, the lemon hybrid DHT transmission, which was put into production at the Pizhou base, is designed and developed by Great Wall Automobile independently, and has completely independent intellectual property rights, including a set of highly integrated hybrid system, two power structures of HEV and PHEV, three sets of powertrain, the total power of the system from 140kW to 355kW, which can support the flexible collocation of different levels of AUV C models.

In terms of power, the lemon hybrid DHT adopts a dual-motor hybrid topology, which can realize the parallel drive of the engine and the motor in the architecture. The zero acceleration time of the 1.5T+DHT130+P4 powertrain with the strongest power output can reach 4.8s.

In terms of fuel consumption, lemon hybrid DHT adopts dual-motor hybrid structure, which can independently choose EV driving, series drive, parallel drive and energy recovery mode through independent calibration of energy strategy and intelligent control of working mode. Great Wall said that the comprehensive fuel consumption of the A-class SUV with lemon-mixed DHT can be as low as 4.7L / 100km.
