CTOnews.com, November 9, the first 10 billion output value project of Lujiang and the commissioning ceremony of Guoxuan Kehong high-end cathode materials was held on November 8 in Lujiang High-tech Zone, Hefei.

Hefei Guoxuan Kehong New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Guoxuan Kehong"), a subsidiary of Guoxuan High Technology, has an annual output of 200000 tons of high-end cathode materials, which is located in Guoxuan material Base, Lujiang County, Hefei City. CTOnews.com learned that the main product of the project is the high-performance lithium iron phosphate cathode material with single cell energy density ≥ 210Wh/kg independently developed by Guoxuan Hi-Tech, which is used in high-end new energy vehicles and energy storage products.

The project was signed in July 2021 and officially started in August of the same year. The overall production capacity is planned to be 200000 tons and is divided into four phases of construction. The first phase of the 50,000-ton project was put into production on June 8, 2022, and the second phase of the 50,000-ton project was put into production on November 8. After the project is put into production, Guoxuan Kehong will have an annual production capacity of 100000 tons of high-end cathode materials. When all 200000 tons are produced, the output value will exceed 10 billion yuan.
