CTOnews.com, Nov. 9 (Xinhua)-- Microsoft Playground Games racing game Ultimate Speed: horizon 5 has been updated, bringing a number of new content to players on PC and Xbox platforms.

According to reports, today's updated version number is:

Xbox Series: 3.527.960.0

PC: 3.527.960.0

Steam: 1.527.960.0

The update brings new content related to the "doughnut" theme for players, and supports Nvidia DLSS 2.4 and AMD FSR 2.2 for PC, as well as more light-chasing special effects.

According to reports, the new "Ultra" and "Extreme" options extend ray tracing to photo mode, free mode and competition. Some raytrace settings and scenes will render reflections at half resolution, while others and scenes will render at full resolution.

CTOnews.com learned that the latest version of extreme Racing: horizon 5 fixed a problem where the steering wheel input mapping layout changed to the default value when the client was restarted, as well as an issue where the default graphics preset for Nvidia RTX 40 series graphics cards was set to low.
