With preconfigured packages (.PPKG files) on Windows 11, the 22H2 version may not work as expected. Microsoft explained that this is because Windows may only be partially configured, and if you use OOBE, you may not be able to complete the configuration or restart suddenly.

On the 22H2 version, it may take longer than expected for users to copy large (several G) files. You are relatively likely to encounter this problem when copying files from a network share to the Windows 11 22H2 version through server message blocks (Server Message Block, SMB), but local file replication may also be affected.

Microsoft only says it is investigating the problem with the preconfigured package, while the file replication problem provides a temporary solution, which you can alleviate by disabling the cache manager (buffer I / O) file replication tool:
