CTOnews.com news on November 8, after Samsung and Meiguang announced their latest 8.5Gbps LPDDR5X DRAM, MediaTek's Tianji 9200, released today, took the lead in supporting LPDDR5X-8533 memory, and announced that the first Tianji 9200 terminal will be released at the end of November. This may mean that LPDDR5X-8533 memory is ready, and a new generation of slim memory is expected to be used to unlock more kernel performance.

According to MediaTek data, MediaTek Tianji 9200 also supports LPDDR5X 8533Mbps memory, and its bandwidth is 13% higher than that of Tianji 9000.

According to data previously released by Micron, 1 β process LPDDR5X-8500 memory provides about 15 per cent energy efficiency gains and more than 35 per cent density gains.

CTOnews.com has learned that the current AMD Ruilong 6000 mobile processor supports LPDDR5-6400 memory, and the Intel 12th-generation Kurei mobile processor supports LPDDR5-5200 memory. It is expected that LPDDR5X-8500 high-frequency memory will significantly improve the core performance of the new generation of lightweight books.
