After Musk mastered the Twitter platform, the average daily downloads of Twitter clients have risen sharply in recent days, according to Apptopia, a mobile Internet market research company. The average number of daily downloads in November increased 28% compared with the previous month, and the number of downloads increased by 46% compared with September this year.

According to the data, the Twitter client was downloaded 637,000 times by users on November 3, the highest number of daily downloads since May and about double the daily downloads in June.

Musk has clearly noticed the growth in the number of Twitter users, and he recently tweeted that the number of Twitter users around the world has grown significantly since the announcement of his deal for Twitter.

In a separate tweet, Musk explained that the reason for the adjustment to the member product "Twitter Blue V" (in the future, users can pay a fee to buy this additional service and authenticate their accounts). The aim is to encourage users to interact and communicate more on Twitter.

How many of Twitter's newly attracted users can stay online for a long time and become permanent users? This is still an unknown quantity. However, Adam Blacker, director of content at Apptopia, the research firm, speculated that many newcomers had recently downloaded the Twitter client, and they might want to see what would happen to Twitter under the new boss, Musk.

The last time there was a big increase in usage of the Twitter platform was in April this year. At the time, Musk and Twitter jointly announced a $44 billion acquisition. On November 3, Apptopia conducted a sample survey of consumers' comments on Twitter clients in software stores and found that many users mentioned the name "Musk" in their comments. According to Apptopia, it is not clear how many people have left the Twitter platform, and the company does not monitor the number of daily unloads of Twitter clients. However, the relevant information shows that the average daily active users of Twitter fell slightly in June, and have not declined since.
