The man denied in youth court that he used his mobile phone to hack. The judge announced that the case would be referred to a higher court, where "similar" cases would be heard later.

On Monday's earnings call, Take-Two said it has shipped more than 170 million units of GTA 5 since its initial launch in 2013.
