CTOnews.com, November 7 (Xinhua)-- Yu Jingguang, a supplier of Apple's iPhone 14 supply chain, announced today that its revenue in October 2022 was NT $2.314 billion, up 17.7% from a year earlier, down 15.3% from a month earlier, making it the third highest this year and a record high for the same period in the previous year, according to the Taiwan Central News Agency.

CTOnews.com learned that Yujingguang's cumulative revenue in the first 10 months of this year was 15.783 billion New Taiwan dollars (about 3.567 billion yuan), up 21.59 per cent from a year earlier.

Yu Jingguang said that the peak of the traditional peak season has passed, so October revenue is lower than September, and the future order situation still depends on the customer's actual pull.

Taiwan media pointed out that, benefiting from the launch of Apple's new iPhone 14, Yu Jingguang's combined revenue in the third quarter was 7.214 billion New Taiwan dollars (about 1.63 billion yuan), a month-on-month increase of 1.47 times, a record high for a single quarter.

According to previous information, Yujingguang is a member of Apple's iPhone supply chain and is a lens supplier with Daliguang. Compared with Liguang, Yujingguang accounts for a higher proportion of revenue from Apple.
