CTOnews.com, Nov. 6, Apple announced today that its extended return policy is now in effect during the holiday shopping season. This policy applies to most products sold by Apple, including iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch, Apple TV, AirPods, HomePod mini and so on.

In the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and some other countries, most items purchased between November 4, 2022 and December 25, 2022 can be returned by January 8, 2023.

Items purchased at the Apple online Store can be returned by January 8, 2023 if they are received between November 4, 2022 and December 25, 2022. Please note that all other terms and conditions set forth in Apple's online store sales and refund policy still apply to such items purchased. The goods purchased through the carrier channel do not meet the conditions for delayed return and must abide by the standard return policy. All products purchased after December 25, 2022 apply to the standard return policy.

In some other countries and regions, such as Italy, Spain and Japan, there are longer deferred return policies, with most items purchased between November 4, 2022 and January 6, 2023 eligible for return by January 20, 2023.

In Apple's China store, goods purchased online, including those picked up at the store, can be returned to apple.com.cn/ shop / orderstatus within 14 days. For items purchased at the Apple Store retail store, the products can be returned to the retail store within 14 days from the date of purchase.
