CTOnews.com, Nov. 6 (Xinhua)-- Phil Spencer, head of Microsoft's Xbox games division, commented on his plan to acquire Activision Blizzard, saying he wanted to revive the classic RTS game StarCraft series after the acquisition, although he did not have the decision-making power.
