How to use Premiere to feather video edges?

Open the Adobe Premiere Pro CC part, click "New Project", create a project, and import video material.

Import video material, right-click the video, and select "New sequence from clip", as shown in the figure.

Select the video track, click "effects" in the upper bar, click "Video effects"-"transform" on the right, and double-click the "feathering Edge" option.

As shown in the figure, click "effect Control" on the left, set the feathering parameters below, and view the effect of the changes in the preview box on the right.
