The power station is built and operated by Dalian Hengliu Energy Storage Power Station Co., Ltd., and the battery system is designed and manufactured by Dalian Rongke Energy Storage Technology Development Co., Ltd. The project is the first national large-scale chemical energy storage demonstration project approved by the National Energy Administration, with a total construction scale of 200MW (MW) / 800MW (MWh). The main function is to provide auxiliary services such as peak regulation and frequency modulation for the power grid.
