CTOnews.com November 5 news, today at 19:50, China in Xichang Satellite Launch Center using the Long March 3B carrier rocket, successfully launched the Zhongxing 19 satellite, the satellite successfully entered the scheduled orbit, the launch mission was a complete success.

China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation said that Zhongxing 19 satellite is a high-throughput communication satellite with the characteristics of fast transmission rate and wide coverage. It adopts Dongfanghong-4 enhanced satellite platform independently developed by China to mainly provide communication and Internet access services.

Zhongxing 19 satellite covers multi-band communication loads such as C, Ku and Ka, mainly covering eastern China, Southeast Asia, and most of the Pacific region including North American routes, which can better serve ocean transportation communications, route Internet and other services.

CTOnews.com understands that this launch is the 447th launch of the Long March series of launch vehicles.
