1. The reporting lines of Game Distribution Division, Game Cooperation Department, Game Community Department, Aikesi Game Studio, Morningstar Game Studio, Shizhisha Game Studio and Game Innovation Product Department were adjusted from Zhangfeng, Senior Vice President of the Company, to Chen Rui, CEO of the Company;

2. Zhang Feng, senior vice president of the company, will be transferred to other businesses of the company.
