CTOnews.com November 4 news, this afternoon, Hong Kong shares closed. Hong kong's hang seng index closed up 5.36 per cent, up 8.73 per cent for the week, its biggest weekly gain since late october 2011, while the hang seng technology index closed up 7.54 per cent, up 15.63 per cent for the week, its biggest weekly gain on record.

Among them, as an important indicator of Hong Kong stock market price, Hang Seng Index is calculated from the market value of several constituent stocks, representing 63% of the 12-month average market value coverage of all listed companies on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

CTOnews.com learned that, specifically, Hong Kong shares of new energy vehicles led the rise, Xiaopeng cars rose more than 24%, Wei Lai rose 20%, ideal cars rose more than 17%, zero-running cars rose more than 10%.

In terms of technology stocks, Xiaomi Group rose 6.36%, Tencent Holdings rose more than 7%, Netease rose more than 8%, Baidu rose nearly 9%, Alibaba rose nearly 11%, Jingdong Group rose 12%, Fast Hand rose nearly 16%, and Beeping rose 17%.
